Be a Water Conservation Volunteer
Full Description:
Gilbert's Water Conservation section is looking for volunteers to help spread the message of how residents can conserve water inside and outside their homes. Volunteers would spend several hours every month assisting with educational outreach, which includes contacting new residents and providing them with information packets. Additionally, a volunteer is needed to dress as the Water Conservation mascot at special events held throughout the year. The mascot is very popular with younger children and is a fun way to spread the message of water conservation. These events are usually held on weekends.
